Four Exterior Property Reviews Per Year
Routine exterior reviews help identify maintenance concerns, lease violations, landscaping issues, and other visible property condition concerns before they develop into larger expenses. Reviews are conducted during May, June, July, and December/January to help protect the appearance, condition, and long-term value of your investment.
Biannual Interior Property Inspections
Scheduled interior inspections help identify leaks, deferred maintenance, unauthorized occupants or pets, safety concerns, and tenant-caused damage before they become costly issues. Inspections are conducted twice annually during February/March and September/October and include a comprehensive exterior review. Combined with our exterior reviews, each property receives a total of six exterior property reviews per year.
